When our products operate within Discord servers, we may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Discord User IDs — Unique numerical identifiers assigned by Discord to individual user accounts, used to associate settings, permissions, and actions with specific users.
• Discord Server (Guild) IDs — Unique identifiers for Discord servers where our bots are installed, used to scope configuration and functionality to a specific server.
• Channel IDs — Identifiers for specific Discord channels, used to direct bot output, logging, and automated actions to the correct locations.
• Role IDs — Identifiers for Discord server roles, used to enforce permission levels, access controls, and automated role management features.
• Configuration Data — Server-specific settings, feature toggles, prefix configurations, automation rules, filter lists, and other customisation data entered by server administrators.
• Command Usage Data — Records of commands invoked through our bots, including the command type, timestamp, and associated server or user context, used for functionality and improvement purposes.
• Diagnostic and Analytics Information — Aggregated or anonymised data related to bot performance, error rates, feature usage frequency, and system health, used to maintain and improve our Services.

We do not intentionally collect message content, private messages, voice data, or personal information beyond what is described above. If a specific product feature requires additional data, it will be clearly disclosed in that product's documentation.

2. How We Use Your Information

Data collected through our Services is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve those Services. Specific purposes include:

• Delivering core bot functionality, automation, and moderation features.
• Storing and applying server-specific configuration preferences.
• Enforcing access controls and permission structures within servers.
• Diagnosing errors, resolving support issues, and improving reliability.
• Generating aggregated, anonymised usage statistics to guide product development.

We do not sell, rent, or trade any collected data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected or as required to operate the relevant product feature.

• Configuration data is retained for as long as a bot remains active in a server. When a bot is removed from a server, server configuration data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
• Command usage and diagnostic data is retained for a rolling period not exceeding 90 days, after which it is purged or fully anonymised.
• User IDs associated with moderation actions (such as bans or warnings logged by our tools) may be retained for longer periods as required for audit and moderation history functionality, subject to the server administrator's configuration.

4. Data Security

ArkBotLabs takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect collected data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

Our Services operate on and interact with Discord's platform. By using ArkBotLabs products in your Discord server, data is also subject to Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which are independent of this policy. We encourage you to review Discord's policies at discord.com/privacy.

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and database services) to operate our Services. These providers are engaged under appropriate data processing terms and are not authorised to use your data for their own purposes.

We do not integrate with advertising networks, analytics resellers, or data brokers.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
